You Don’t Have To Carry It Alone
Pastor JJ walks through Philippians 4:4–9 to show that Paul does not simply tell us not to be anxious; he shows us exactly where to take what we are carrying. By looking at the stories of Hannah, Hezekiah, and Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane, we see that prayer is far more than asking God to change our circumstances. It is about learning to bring our burdens, tell them to Him, remember His faithfulness, and yield the outcome. This sermon on divine compassion reminds us that the Lord is near, and you do not have to carry your burdens alone. We use the P.R.A.Y. method—Praise, Request, Ask, and Yield—to help you process your emotions through biblical prayer. We hope this teaching helps you trust in God’s presence during your most difficult moments.
