God has gifted each of us uniquely, and we believe that it’s our calling to use those gifts to serve our church body. At STF, there are plenty of opportunities for you to serve on one of our ministry teams.

Mentor and disciple students throughout the years as they navigate their teenage years.

Step 2: Start the Application Process
After a ministry leader contacts you, you’ll be asked to start the application process. This process is designed to best equip you for the role you will be playing. Don’t worry! A ministry leader will walk with you through the whole process.

What is the Safety Screening?
At STF, we value the safety of everyone who steps foot onto our campuses– especially children. That’s why we have a screening process for all our volunteers. During your application process, you’ll be asked to 1) complete a background check, 2) complete Ministry Safe Training, and 3) complete ministry-specific training. The ministry leader onboarding you can answer any specific questions you may have.
