MARCH
FOR 813 Local Student Mission Trip
Date: (March 27-29)
About:  FOR 813 is a high school only serve weekend, March 27-29. This is a weekend we believe will allow our students to serve the Tampa Bay area, and expose them to the numerous opportunities we have in our own backyard to serve those in need. We will be staying together at our Davis Islands Campus Friday night and Saturday night, and serving alongside our church’s local mission partners. APRIL
Wimauma Church Plant Mission Trip
Date: (April 2-5)
About: In partnership with Pastor Zelvis Applin & South Hills Church STF saturate Wimauma with flyers in the surrounding perimeter of the Church neighborhoods and host a block party with the goal of establishing the presence of the Church and share God’s love in the community. We will be commuting during the designated dates of this trip and serving in different project areas each day in the Wimauma community.
Cost: out of pocket expenses

MAY
S. Tampa Walk for Life
Date: (May 9, 2020)
In partnership with New Life Solutions we will stand for the rights of the unborn as well as raise awareness for our S. Tampa pregnancy centers by walking down bayshore blvd and getting together at our Ballast Point campus for a family friendly event with food, music, face-paining and bounce houses for the kids!

MAY
Nashville Disaster Relief Trip
Date: TBD
The STF GO Team will deploy to help in Nashville’s time of need in the destruction left behind by recent tornados. We will partner with the Tennessee Baptists and Samaritan’s Purse in relief efforts.

JUNE
Dominican Republic Men’s Softball Mission Trip
Date: (June 2-7)
About: STF will travel to the Dominican to play softball and reach out to those who need a relationship with Christ. During this trip we will partner with Missionary Evangelist Kenneth Balootje of Sowing For Eternity for an incredible time of softball outreach & evangelism. The focus of our trip will be reaching the lost in the southern part of the Dominican Republic near the Haitian border in the city of Elias Pina to continue the work we began of making disciples and planting a church that we began.

Botswana, Africa “Least Reached” Mission Trip
Date: (June 11-20, 2020)
About: Our STF Africa Team will partner with Missionary Jeff Sukup to reach one of the least reached people groups in all of Africa-the Hua people living near the Kalahari in Southern Africa. We will also take part in a building project in local villages. This trip will focus on engaging the least reached people and building a sustainable relationship with the purpose of sharing the gospel and making disciples as well as support local Church efforts on the ground.

BAMA “Light of the Village” Student Mission Trip
Date: (June 14-20, 2020)
About: We are so excited to travel to Prichard, Alabama again this summer! This will be our eighth year serving with Light of the Village at their summer Bible camps. Camp includes Bible study, games, music, sports, skits, crafts and more but the highlight is investing in and developing relationships with the children that Light of the Village serves. This trip is an incredible opportunity for our students to see God at work and take part in the mission of God by serving and loving His people. We spend our days in Alabama serving and at night we come together for daily recap, worship and a devotion.

JULY
Guatemala “Little Lambs” Mission Trip
Date: (July 11 – 19, 2020)
STF’s Guatemala Missions Team will spend a week at Little Lamb Internationals Guatemala property outside Jalapa, Guatemala. This family oriented trip consists of 6 days on the property with a variety of ways to share God’s love with the local community. During the day you’ll participate in activities which include construction projects, daily VBS events, 2-day medical clinic, and a 2-day sports camp. In the evenings, we gather for worship songs and a group devotional. The trip wraps up with a day in the historic city of Antigua with the option to explore the city’s rich history or hit the links at a golf course built near a volcano.

Columbia “Andes Adventure” Mission Trip
Date: (July 15-19, 2020)
About: The STF Columbia Team will be heading into the rural city of Medellin located in the midst of the beautiful Andes mountains. We will partner with a local Church in Medellin as well as visit an additional Church that STF planted in cooperation with ICM. Our time will include cultural acquisition, local community outreach, support of local ministry leaders and a day of horseback riding through the Andes mountains.

AUGUST
Vietnam “Living Water” Mission Trip
Date: (July 31-Aug 8, 2020)
About: In partnership with ICM (International Cooperating Ministries) & 3 Strand Cord our team will visit Vietnamese Churches and help to provide water filters as well as help the nationals in their church planting initiatives in the unreached areas of Vietnam.

Billings, Montana Gracepoint Church Mission Trip
Date: (Aug 1-8, 2020)
About: STF will help host a Baseball/Softball Camp with Grace Point Church. But that’s not all, our ladies will be serving and encouraging the ladies of Grace Point with a Night of Gathering, dinner out with leadership team, and provide local ministry to the women of Billings. We will also include a day of recreation during this trip in the beautiful snow-capped mountains.

SEPTEMBER
Serve Day (Church-wide)
Date: Sept 5, 2020
About: We will serve the community in a multiplicity of projects in S. Tampa. Sign-ups for each project area will be available before the event. This is a great way to serve your community locally!  

Fort Pierce Disaster Relief Trip with Missionary Flights Int.
Date: (Sept 17-20, 2020)
About: STF will take the GO Team trailer and vehicles stocked with supplies and join in the efforts at MFI’s warehouse to organize supplies, pack & stock their airplanes and send supplies to those in desperate need affected by this year’s hurricane season. Anyone can be part of the relief efforts and this trip.

OCTOBER
Dominican Republic 2B1 Couples Trip
Date: (Oct 15-20, 2020)
About: STF couples will go to serve alongside 2B1 Ministries to strengthen marriages and transform lives with the gospel. This will be an exciting opportunity to minister where help is most needed and be encouraged as a couple in the process.

NOVEMBER
Dominican Republic Men’s Mission Trip
Date: (Nov 8-12, 2020)
About: STF will partner with SCORE Int. and over 200 men who meet in the Dominican Republic for an incredible time of ministry and baseball. Pro baseball players like Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettite, Nelson Cruz, and Andy Benes, have attended past trips. Pastor JJ will also lead this trip and share a special message with the men during our time in the DR.

The City FSU Spring Break Mission Trip
Date: (March 9 – 12, 2021)
About: In partnership with Cru Missionaries Daniel & Emma Vincent, the City will travel to Tallahassee to receive evangelism training, do campus outreach and participate in the “Text for Cookies” event where  FSU students on campus have the opportunity to ask questions about God and get answers from our
