Internship Program
May 24 - August 2
The internship is a 10-week program during the summer designed to give interns significant hands-on ministry experience and leadership coaching. This is accomplished through leadership coaching, connections to other high-capacity leaders in our church/city, and care for your soul as you develop as a follower of Jesus. Throughout this internship, you will also receive practical ministry experience at STF and theological training to aid in your leadership development.

Weekly Rhythm (=15hrs/wk)
- Tuesday Afternoons: spiritual formation and leadership development
- Wednesday Afternoons / Evenings: ministry service and leadership practice
- Sundays: Sunday Morning – serving in a primary ministry context
Required Summer Commitments
- Yth One Week: June 3-7 | 4:00 pm-11:00 pm (in-town youth evangelism nights)
- STF Kids Ministry VBS: June 22-26 | 8:00 am-1:00 pm
Who is this for?
- Completed high school and at least one year of college, trade school, or full-time work
- Committed Member of South Tampa Fellowship (or a like-minded church)
- Living with integrity, humility, and a desire to follow Jesus
- Dependable, teachable, and eager to grow
Core Components
- Formation: Guided teaching, discussion, and reflection focused on spiritual disciplines, leadership rhythms, and life with God.
- Fieldwork: Serving within STF ministries with real responsibility, teamwork, and investment in others, especially younger
